Dean popped the question on April 26, 2016 at 9:15PM, at the site of their first kiss. Dean announced the news on Instagram by posting a photo captioned Last night at 9:15PM, in the spot where we had our first kiss, I asked Rachel Beauregard if she would marry me and make me the happiest man alive. She said YES! WE’RE ENGAGED!!!
