American beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss America 2016, Betty Cantrell accepted a lovely diamond ring from her long-time boyfriend, Spencer “Spinny” Maxwell. The couple met on Tinder in March 2015, three months before Cantrell won the Miss Georgia 2015 title and maintained a long-distance relationship throughout her reign as Miss America 2016. Betty announced the news on Instagram in September 2016.
