Italian-American television reporter in E! News, Giuliana DePandi received a diamond ring from  “The apprentice” big winner Bill Rancic. Bill popped the question and presented the ring while they were in a helicopter ride. They first met when Giuliana interviewed Rancic after winning the first season of Donald Trump’s reality series.
